Nerina is a highly respected expert in South African financial markets, with a particular focus on ETFs. She is also the President of the CFA Society of South Africa.
In this episode, the three protagonists debate the rules around retirement savings and the recent noise with Regulation 28. Nerina believes that Regulation 28 has a place but needs a rethink, Moe just wants markets to be free and efficient while The Finance Ghost is mostly irritated about South African CEOs tapping into a trapped pool of capital and then squandering the money in offshore investments anyway.
